Shipping 

We guarantee delivery satisfaction. All orders are custom made. From the time we receive your order, it will take 1 to 2 weeks to assemble, package and deliver to your door.

Shipping to Canada & USA – UPS Ground – to ship all wedding crowns & crown cases.                          ($15 Flat Rate per product – includes insurance and any applicable brokerage fees)

Shipping to Canada & USA – Ground Postal Service  – to ship all jewelry.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box or Military addresses.

Shipping Details: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You may track your order through My Account or the UPS website, which provides a reliable tracking tool giving you an estimated delivery time.

Returns 

We hope you will love our beautiful handcrafted stefana and stefanothikes. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. You may ship your return/exchange via any other shipping method of your choice. However, we do suggest you choose a carrier that will allow you to track your package(s).  Please note, all carrier costs including original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred for any returns or exchanges are not refundable.

Returned jewelry need to be in its original condition, include gift boxes and not show any sign of wear or damage. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. Earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings) are final sale with no returns, no exchanges.

Here’s how to process your return:

  1. Contact Customer Service at support@alitheabydesign.com. We will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return.
  2. All items should be in brand new condition and shipped in the original manufacturers product packaging.
  3. Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
  4. Allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or an exchange made.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and email us a photo of the damaged product.  We will contact you and make arrangements for a replacement or return the product.

If you are returning your order because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Again, we require the products to be returned within 14 days.You’ll receive a refund, less postage, as soon as the products have been returned. We will not issue a refund past the 14 day cut-off.
